Spring 2011 Retreat: 
Friday, March 4 - Sunday, March


Costs:
  
 - Be sure to inquire about church incentives, discounts or scholarships
    - The standard base rate is $50 per person for one father/son
    - Second son is $45, third or more sons is $40 each
    - Prices include all retreat experiences including meals; transportation excluded
    - Retreats begin with Friday dinner and end with Sunday lunch


Registration & Cancellation Policy:
Registration is completed only after you receive an invitation email and you respond by making payment.  Payment can be made via an emailed invoice (PayPal - you do not need a PayPal account) or by through your church.  Once payment has been made you will receive an email notification within 24 hours.  If you have questions or problems with payments, please call 727-242-2792 for assistance.

Cancellation more than seven (10) days prior to the start date of the retreat will result in a total refund, minus a modest $5.00 processing fee.  Cancellation 5-9 days prior to the start date of the retreat will result in a 50% refund.  Cancellations less than five days from the start date of the retreat will receive no refund - sorry, the retreat materials have been purchased and the food has been bought!


STEPS TO REGISTER:
Step One - Forms
Download and read all Legal & Liability Forms and User Forms below.  You will then complete the online Registration Form and click "Submit".   

Step Two - Invitation & Payment 
When you complete the online form which signifies your agreement to all policies and click on "Submit" we will receive your application.  Within 24 hours we will send you a confirmation email along with payment instructions. 

Step Three - Payment
You can complete payment either electronically (online) or if necessary in person.  Making payment by email is our preferred method.  You will only be registered when payment is processed.  Please refer to the Cancellation Policy above.

Every person on the Sunday Bluff property
is required to EITHER print out the appropriate forms, complete the necessary information, sign, and turn in prior to the start of the retreat/activity - OR - complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION process for quick and easy convenience using a digital signature.

If you use the ONLINE OPTION to complete the LEGAL/LIABILITY forms you certify that you are the person completing this form as an adult and that you are the parent/legal guardian of any minor(s) listed on this form; and  that by doing so you are providing your DIGITAL SIGNATURE, the same as if you were signing these forms in person.



For Minors - your parent or legal guardian must complete this form on your behalf
